• INSULATE, INSULATE, INSULATE! Whether you use a lot of grocery bags, newspaper, Styrofoam, towels, sheets, etc, does not matter - but insulate well and your item will arrive in great condition. 
• Include contact information with your shipment. This includes your taxidermy license number, any special permits, or tags as applicable.
• Include instructions - indicate clearly which heads you want done and shipped back, heads for credit, poses, etc. 
• Clearly mark/tag the heads you want to receive back - include pose or any other identifiers you may require for your record keeping.
• Please include your name and please please include a phone number. I don't want to have to scour the internet to track you down!
• Any remaining balance is due prior to shipping
